PRE - LAUNCH CALL CHECKLIST
Check the Website Draft.
- Do a quick scan of the new website to catch any typos or errors, and familiarize yourself with the site so it will be easier for you to discuss any changes.
Client Preferences & Task Verification
- Make sure all client preferences and initial requests have been completed. Check Bitrix for this. If there are any pending tasks, create a ticket right away.
Google Business Profile Review & Opportunity
- Check if the client has a Google Business Profile. If not (and if it’s necessary), advise them to sign up for one. If they already have a profile, make sure it is linked to the new website. This is also a great opportunity to offer our GBP service.
QA CHECKLIST
1
Discuss Domain Connection – Check the domain registrar and current hosting provider to see if they have email hosting services. Depending on the situation, you can offer either domain pointing or a domain transfer (or both, if necessary).
REGULAR & ECOMMERCE WEBSITE
2
Check Google Business Profile (GBP) – If they don’t have one, advise them to sign up. We cannot complete the verification process on their behalf, but we can provide step-by-step instructions to guide them. If they already have a profile, make sure it is linked to the new website.
REGULAR & ECOMMERCE WEBSITE
3
Product Listing – Make sure to ask if all their products are already uploaded to the website or if they are planning to add more. If they are, ask them to send the product details to us. Be mindful of their monthly rate, as the store plan depends on how much they are paying.
ECOMMERCE WEBSITE
4
Payment Gateway – Ask which payment processor they would like to use to receive payments from the website. Discuss the common gateways that are compatible with our platform and confirm whether they already have one of those. If not, check if their preferred gateway is compatible before confirming that we can use it. Request their payment gateway login details so we can integrate it.

Step 3: Website Setup Checklist Discussion
“Now I’d like to go through a few important setup items to make sure everything is fully ready for launch. First, can you confirm which

handle a full domain transfer. Next, we’ve already checked your Google Business Profile and made sure it can be linked to the new website
to keep your business information consistent online. Finally, can you confirm the best email address for your contact forms? We want to
make sure all inquiries from your website go to the right place.”
Step 4: Timeline & Next Steps
Once we complete the requested revisions and finalize setup items, we’ll be ready to launch.
Our next step is:
- Implement revisions
- Confirm domain connection
- Final approval from you
Step 5: Closing
“Thank you for your time today. We’re very excited to get this live for you and make sure it represents your business exactly the way you
want it. If you think of anything else after this call, feel free to email me anytime.”
