We can’t conduct the activity because we don’t have a live website. But will try to improve a live website’s SEO and show how it’s done.

Learn Mojo
Mojo Helpdesk Demo Video (note: You don’t need to know all the things here, you can just start at 2:10 on the video, since that’s what you will see once a ticket gets assigned to you.)
Reminders:
- Don’t set the ticket to “closed”, only the PM can close the ticket
- Add “reply to user” every time you need to add a note
- Add correct notes to the ticket before setting it to solve.
