Back up Soft Phone

The Bitix Call functionality has been disabled last week due to it's inability to forward returning calls to Switchboard.

As as substitute, we'll be using CallTools, as a backup for when ClickDialer is down.

Cancel/Save Attempts

Always involve Accounting for every Save Attempt even if Accounting was not initially involved.

Always check on the Billing Date, and inform MaryV to postpone Billing during Save attempts.
