Sales Caution List

Accounting has published a Caution List for the Sales Reps to refer to on certain things to avoid when making a sale.

Cancellation New Field: Client Lost To (Company)

When a client cancels and intends to move to a new provider, try and ask where they are moving to. Then update this field in the "Accounting" section in Bitrix.

This field must be updated even if the client is not moving to a new provider. Example: "NA. Business Closure"
