Whenever you need the breakdown of monthly hosting, always double check if the Fee Breakdown in Bitrix, matches the Paid Addons listed.

Not all Deals in bitrix is updated. This is something we are currently working on to fix.

Compliment the client during onboarding.

Remember:

• Make it sound natural & a genuine compliment. This can make your conversation with the client comfortable, or awkward if the compliment is botched.
  
  
• Good Example: "I really admire the work you’re doing through your counseling business. Creating a safe space where people feel heard, supported, and understood is such an important gift."
  
  
• Bad Example: "It's really nice that your business has a store:"

You can always ask ChatGPT for this during your OB research / preparation phase.
