Region Transition vs Region Accountability
Whenever a new PM takes over a region, the churn of cancellations
related to the service of the ex-PM will will be counted to the ex-PM.
The new PMs will simply need to notify Scott.
However, if the cancelling client has been with the new PM for 3 months already, churn will on the new PM, ...unless... the client specifically mentions that the reason for cancelling is related to the ex-PM.
Examples of cancellations that will be counted against the new PM after 3 months are:
- SEO
- Domain Pointing
- Edits requested from the new PM
Sick Leave Policy
PMs are required to .....
- Notify daily for prolonged absences.
If you are sick yesterday, you will need to give notification to Scott if you're still sick today. Failure to do so will be considered No Show. Exceptions will be made for prolonged sick leaves with Med Cert specifying days of rest. - Provide a Handover
Even if you're sick, you are still the PM that's keeping the region stable. You must give a handover of your region's ..... - Latest activities

- Appointments for the day
- To Do list
- Bitrix Tagged Deals.
Remember that issues in your region are for you to fix as the PM. Service Recovery & the Supports are for client related issues, not PM related issues.
PM Matthew had been offboarded for failing to do both of these.
