Ranking Report Update

We'll be Lead details from contact forms, into our Ranking Report if the website's generating leads for the client.

Also, when a client complains about not getting leads here are the areas you check, in order:

1. If Collection is at least at Basic Level & is up to Standards.
2. Website Traffic
3. Contact Form Entires (both Duda & Cognito/Formsite)

TransUnion Details

After every TU Sale, PMs will be required to fill up a form to send the details to Ralf. This form will be added to the PM Dashboard today.

Accounting Notes

Daily updates must be placed above the "Resolution" line, when the resolution is still pending

Resolution Pending should be updated after every update as well.

Bitrix Tagging Reminders

All Pending Bitrix Tagging from yesterday will be emailed in the morning by Nancy.
Any new tagging will be Emailed & DMed by Nancy to the PM.

If a Bitrix Tagged Deal has no updates by 3:00 Nancy will DM reminders.
All Bitrix Tagged Deals must be updated before 4:00 for PMs working from 9pm.    PST PM updates before 5:00

Note: PMs are still obligated to check their Bitrix Tagged deals on their own before the 4:00 deadline.
