This would push the quality of our output as you catch errors and reopen tickets with corrections.

Callers with Cancelled Sites

If a client with a cancelled site calls with technical questions about his site, PMs will need to help with this as neither Accounting nor Switchboard will have the knowledge to address these technical concerns.

The most common reason for these calls are

• Asking for Site Assets. which you can send from simple-resources.com/cancel/sending-assets
  
  
• They do not know what to do with the assets we send them.
  This will require a knowledgeable Web Person to use the assets we send them to use on their new website. We cannot provide a file that's directly compatible with other platforms as different softwares will come with different compatibilities, which is also the same for other platforms. Ex: WP & GoDaddy are not exactly compatible.
  
  
• If the client has an intention to reactivate, notify accounting by updating accounting notes & tagging the deal to them.
  
  
• We cannot provide any login, not bring the website online temporarily

Awkward Cancellations

Accounting may sometimes inform you to do Cancel/Save for a client that's obviously beyond saying, such as those dying for a disease.

Remember that from Accounting's point of view, a cancellation intent simply needs a Cancel/Save call. As a PM, we just need to follow protocol that before we can cancel a deal, we need a call recording.

When calling a client for these awkward Saves, just position your call as a confirmation & be empathic as needed in a situation.
