Double Clicking on the Call Detail would normally disrupt the formula. To avoid this, after double clicking, don't press Enter, press escape. If you need a demo on this, reach out to Scott.

When you press Enter by mistake and the formular gets disrupted, causing your Callback sheet to glitch, you can solve this in 2 ways.

1. Ctrl+Z the sheet
2. Click & delete the cell that you previously double clicked.
