Non-Responding Referrals

When your clients are not responding to the Sales Rep, or missed the scheduled time, give them a call yourself to help the Sales Rep push through with that Referral and help you get that commission.

Cancellation Confirmation

Not Saying Cancellation, but it's what they mean
While we do not start our Save Call about Cancellation, if what the client means cancellation, then you can verbally explain that what they are asking for is technically to cancel the service.


Lead Issues

This leads down to 2 concerns:


  • SEO
  • Collections:
    If the site has no collections, initiate it with the right keywords. Remember that we do not include "near me" in keywords.


  • Additional SEO
    If required, we ask ask Miguel for Informational Blogs to boost a websites SEO. Though if you can see that the client is willing to pay for Social Pack, then is a referral you can make.

  • High Traffic but no Leads
  • If the site's already got collections, review if the collections has got the right keywords or up to our current standards, if it's not rehaul the collection.

  • May need a Smart Form to auto popup on the homepage to encourage the clients to provide their details online.


If all else fails......it may simply mean that there's no demand for the client's business. Remember that all we can do is make a website rank. If the website is ranking well, but simply not generating leads, & if they do not / cannot invest on Smartclicks for an online campaign, that's the limit of what we can do.

We cannot convince clients to avail their services. Client will decide if they want to or not. We can only help make their website rank.


Cancellations

Just remember that we will always need a phone recording for a cancellation. Which will be audited by Accounting. Remember to follow our process in handling your call that you'll be adding to Bitrix for the cancellations.

Cancel/Save Module
