If you flood the Developer with unorganized, clutter & unneeded information, the Developer will dismiss all your notes resulting to a botched development which will result to more problems for you to fix as a PM, post launch.

The whole Admin Team is dedicated to training, giving you feedback & constantly improve you. But we shouldn't be solely dependent on others to improve ourselves.
Developing Self Awareness is something that would benefit you not just in work, but in all aspects of your life.
