You can proactively offer to remove the Paid Addons to reduce the cost and save the deal.

We'd rather loose the paid addons & save the hosting, than loose the paid addons & the hosting.

Higher Hosting Fees

If the hosting fee alone, is above our cheapest $94, offer to the client that you can request our finance department to lower the monthly fee. But ask them if that'll work for them. Because if it isn't, there's no need to ask Accounting anymore.

If your Cancel/Save call is already headed towards a confirmed cancellation, remember to mention the closing spiel.

CLOSING SPIEL

• The website will go offline at the end of the subscription.
• The cancellation process will take around 4 business days
  
• We'll email the assets of the website to them should they want to host the site elsewhere

Ensure you read the feedback of the Auditors and reply back with an acknowledgement.

Remember that the work the Auditors is not fault finding, but is for your improvement & help you at work.
