Offering Lower Fees

Sometimes, offering lower fees feels like the only option to Save a client. By experience, this doesn't result to anything in the long run. If the client is money pinching on their website, it shows that their website doesn't hold much value and will eventually result to a cancellation.


Nonetheless, we can ask this for consideration from Accounting, but only up to our cheapest hosting fee $94, never below that. And never confirm anything, that this will go through an approval process, and you'll advise them once you hear back form Accounting.

We will only consider requesting for below $94 if it is a Church or Non-Profit site.

Rehauling Collections

When a collection is outdated and you with to rehaul it, always clean up the website first to make it clear to the editor what they need to do.

Remove the outdated collections & dynamic pages. You can leave 1 Dynamic Page to be used as a template by the editor.

Also, when creating collection tickets, use the below template, include all the checks, and how the collections display on the site.

Handling Difficult Clients

There are come clients that are just impossible to deal with, just remember to focus on ...


  • Action Items: What you need to execute to get their concern done.
  • Record Keeping / History & Dates: When something is requested, and when they are done.


Remember, you can only do, what you can do. Do not carry issues that is not within your control. Always remember that we will genuinely try to save, based on what we can do. If a situation goes to a cancellation, and the issue is not within our control, do not bear the weight of the cancellation to heart. And document everything to explain what happened that led to the cancellation.

Keeping proof, screenshots and call recordings will always solidify your documentation / explanation.
