Having an unpublished website offline for a long can potentially become an Accounting problem, where the client demands a refund of payment since their website with us has been offline & isn't serving their business.

Remember to Simplify your notes for the Developers and only supply them with details that is necessary for the build.

Also, when giving notes to the Developers, make it as easy to understand and very specific action items. Number them & do not leave room for interpritation.

Flooding the Dev with custom features & vague & unspecific instructions will cause the Dev to ignore your Dev Notes.

Complex and work extensive customization can be done after development.
