Never email. You cannot do a Save by Email. This is company policy.

Call the client to negotiate saving the deal. If the client doesn't pick up, do up to 3 call attempts (once per day). If by the end of the 3rd attempt and they still don't pick up, send the cancellation to accounting detailing your call attempt dates and that the client is "unresponsive".

Give extra focus on TransUnion. Especially to those who were able to sell TU last week.
