If a deal is assigned to you, and you see that this belonged to a PM that's still within the PM Team, we need to reassign those clients back to their previous PMs.

Unless, the move was intentional via Area Code movement which Scott will inform you.

Clients can mistakenly be moved to another PM when regions are moved.

Be mindful on the Bill Date when you have a cancellation. To ensure that we will not run the charges before Accounting cancels the deal.

If the Billing date is within 7 days, inform Darrell about the cancellation & the Bill date.
