Hold off Collections
Hold of all Collections until Monday. If you need one, email the details to Ralph.
Managing your Emails
Inbox to only have the emails that are
unresponded to.
Any emails you want to keep to get back to later, keep it under a label.
If the issue is resolved, Archive it.
Minimize
Labels
in your Email to what you can manage.
If you need a
Floater to help with you emails, create a label for them and assign emails to that label so they can work on it. This way you are still in control of what you're assigning to them.
Referrals to Sales
Only send referrals to the Sales Reps if they need to call
today or the next day.
Asking the Sales Rep to call next week or next month, will not be remembered.
Dashboard Status
Dashboard Status is only for Switchboard. Turned it off outside your shift.
Outside Business Hour OTs keep your Dashboard status off.

Utilize this to ensure you've checked all the areas of your work during your shift, despite being busy with your calls, emails, & edits.
Out of Work Handover
Whenever you're out of work, you MUST provide a handover first that contains a list of things to do for the floater. Unless it's a matter of life or death.

Whatever it is to ensure your region is kept stable.
Complains & Escalations
Callbacks must be done within 1 hour.
