Bitrix Calls

When you need to make calls Via Bitrix but can't because the Call Button is greyed out, here's how you fix it.
1. Switch to Simple.biz Deal View

2. Ctrl+F "Client" and locate the "Client" field.
3. Enter the client's name and "Create New Contact"

4. Add the Phone number, save the profile, and refresh the page. The phone icon should now be clickable.

Weekend Appointments
That's fine as long as the client is expecting your call, or you have permission before hand
