Email Layout Updated
All PM emails have been updated to have their Inboxes segmented between
Important & Normal Emails.
Mark and unmark your clients emails accordingly for Gmail to mark their next emails accordingly.
All
Managers and Leaders
of other departments will be marked as Important to ensure you're able to respond to them right away. Prioritize responding to these.

Creating Tickets 12-8pm (PH)
Avoid creating tickets between 12-8pm on Weekdays. You can create these on all other times including weekends.
Creating a ticket between these times would
harm
the Edit team's metrics.
Monitoring by Naomi
When a website goes offline unintentionally, Naomi will reach out you. Once you're sorted the issue, advise Naomi as:
- Website is Back online with the same Domain
- Domain has been changed to __________ (either via Domain Pointing or purchase of a new Domain)
As such, we need to advise Naomi whenever we finish with ANY domain pointing.
