Inform Nancy whenever you complete a Launch Call. The "Successful" option in our Automated PM sheets is encountering issues on the uploaded file. Scott is finding a solution on this at the moment.

Any appointment schedule on your calendar, in Bitrix, in referra forms....or in any conversation you have with anyone in the company that talks about time....must always be in EST.

This avoids confusion and missed appointments as we all understand that we are talking about 1 time zone when discussing time.

The referral forms are already labelled EST from before.

Continue to notify Brigitte whenever you sell TransUnion or AMPify. We're still working on a solution to the Bitrix Notifications on this.
