• Once all In-Progress have been completed, the PM needs to inform the client, and introduce their new Smartclicks PM Jerry. That he will take over as they are now in the specialized Team for Lead Generations.
  
  
• Email a Handover for Jerry that includes:
• Recent In-Progress Completed & that the client's been informed.
• ALL Pending Items: Domain Pointing, other Pendings that needs input from the client etc
