Churn Rate
Our Churn Rate has now overall decreased down to 4.8%. Let's keep it going and get this as low as 3% before the quarter ends.
Sitejabber
For a Sitejabber review to be successful, there are 3 conditions that needs to be fulfiled.
- 5 Star Question
Ask your client a 5 Star Question.
"Would you say it's been a 5 Star Service so far?"
"Has it been a 5 Star Experience with Simple to start?"
Design/Launch: "Would you rate your new website a 5 Star Design?
Your own Service (not including former PM): "Would you save I've given you a 5 Star Service Today?" - Client's Agreement
They just need to say yes to the 5 Star Question. - Verbiage
This is a compliment that came out of the client's mouth. Sometimes, the client even says this when they are happy with the website even before you ask the 5 Star Question, so you should always be ready to note the verbiage, or the time in click dialer to listen back to the recording to capture it. If this is the case, then that's your verbiage right there, and you'll just need the 5 Star Question & the client's agreement.
If the client didn't mention a compliment before the 5 Star Question, then you'll need a verbiage.
Verbiage in a Form of a Question:
If the client finds it hard to provide a verbiage, you can direct it thru a question about a thing you know the client likes, so they'll just agree with it. This question is separate from the 5 Star Question.
Design/Launch: "Do you feel that your new website's design looks good?"
Resolution: "I'm glad I was able to sort this for you. Has it been a smooth process in getting resolved?"
Once you have a verbiage, you can then enter it on the form in a form of a testimonial from them.
"Getting resolutions to my concerns has been quick and easy"
"I'm liking the design of my new website. Thank you Bill!"
The verbiage must be the same as what you asked & the title of the Survey to match.
Verbiages must be no shorter than 50 characters.
