Also, avoid making a referral if you've just sold something to the client. Referrals to the Sales Partners with recent PM Sales will result to cancelling your Sale & effectively harming your number. Wait for at least after 1 month before sending the same client for a referral.

When following up on Delayed websites.....we need to follow up on who the "ball" is currently with.
