Editor Work Quality & PM Numbers

To elevate some pressure from you as the PM, you are encouraged to send all of your edit needs to the editors. This way you can focus on more important things like your .


Editor Work Quality

Editors are now being pushed to audit their work before solving a ticket. Any correction MUST have the ticket reopened. If you are not reopening tickets, you are allowing a culture of complacency that encourages the editor to be laxed which results to low quality work, which in turn makes things difficult for not just you but your fellow PMs as well.

Since we are pushing the editors to provide quality work, you are thereby needed to provide Clear Tasks & Understandable tickets.


Double vs Single

Do not tag an easy ticket as Double as a form of favor for the editor. This encourages the wrong laxed behavior and is technically manipulation. Which we have policies for.

This also makes things difficult for Warren to identify easy tickets to prioritize for a quick turn around. Your double tickets will be mixed in with the difficult tickets and will be delayed.

Keywords Fields

When you update the Keyword field during development, you must inform Jazzie.

Do no update it if the Development is in the Review Stages. Wait for Delivery and have any additional work sent to the edit team.
