Fuss Waivers

Whenever PMs submit a fuss waiver form, Carla and Mary try to attend to it within the day, 48hrs at the most

If there's an update in Bitrix, then it means the fuss waiver is approved. If no update past 48hrs, then fuss waiver claim was declined

AI Chatbot Updated Verbiage

"While I was looking at your site, I thought of something: You're website would do really well with an AI chatbox. That's a chatbox powered by AI that will interact with your website visitors. What that does is it keeps visitors on your website longer, which does 2 things: First, it signals to Google that you have good website content, which helps your website ranking on Google. I tell you what I'll do: It normally cost quite a lot to build out the AI for the chatbox and to host it on the website, but I won't charge you anything. I think it will really help your website.
