Lead Profile

With Access:
Switchboard & Sales Partners
No Access: PMs
Deal Profile
Example: simplebiz.bitrix24.com/crm/deal/details/52211/
With Access: Switchboard & PM
No Access: Sales Partners
The Bitrix Link PMs have access for is not visible for Sales Partners, and vice-versa.
In short, sending Bitrix Links to Sales Partners is not helpful. You can instead use Business Name, Client Name, Phone & Email and they will recognize the client.

Remember to only use this when your Click Dialer is having issues.
