Sales will remain the Contact for the client until 8 days after payment. After that PMs will be the POC.

Check Focus Sheet for Newly Transferred Clients

We had to move clients from Ian / Gerald, please Cntl + F "Ian" & "Gerald" on your Focus Sheet to identify which deals these are.

Resolution Focused

Being a PM, our Main Priority is Resolution.


Past: Take Ownership and resolve past issues.

Present: Resolve current concerns efficiently, by doing quick edits yourself, creating Detailed Tickets & Auditing the editors work.
Future: Be on the lookout for potential issues that could be the source of future problems. Prevention is better than a cure.


Focusing on Fast Resolutions is key to Region Stability.

Adapt a Calm Mindset

Too Many, Too Little Time

Focus on sorting things 1 at a time. You will eventually clear everything that queued up to you.
Don't work on 1 thing while thinking of another, this won't work for quality & will burn you out.


Doomsday Scenarios

Preparing for a client is always good, until we start overanalyzing for the worst possible scenario trying to be ready for it.
During normal calls or issues, sometimes, all we need is understand the current issue & make the call. We can always work something out as long as the client is cooperative.
Overpreparing for the worst case scenario will be  cause for anxiety and overthinking which will lead to stress and burnout.


Ultimately, we want to be efficient & avoid stress and burnout. Our work strategy must be sustainable.
