Poacher: SiteBizPros

Whenever our clients forward us the emails they receive from SiteBizPros, we simply inform them the following:


  • This is a competitor that's poaching clients because they cannot market themselves thus have to result to shady marketing strategies.
  • They don't even have a Google Listing (GBP)
  • Highlight issues you can identify on the email. Like the Signature and the Email Name for the below email says 2 different people & company.

  • Long Story Short, you will destroy SiteBizPros Credibility by Highlighting these negative facts to the client.

  • Also, when they claim the site is not ranking, we can debunk that via the Ranking Report as long as the website's collection is at at the basic level at the very least.

Anyone recognize a client named: "Brown James Alan"?

Replying to Clients

Do not mention Editors, this can potentially open a can of worms. Let's give the impression that it is "Us PMs" are the one working on their site. It is easier to maintain a relationship of trust and ask for reviews from your client this way.

Of course, this is a double edged sword. PMs must take accountability for mistakes by the editors in the client's eyes.

  • I'm on it. I'll let you know once done. (Work ongoing. Used for edits that will take time)
  • All done. Please have a look at the website and let me know if you need anything else. (Quick Edits)
  • "Clarifications"

Editor Mistakes

Reopen the ticket, with details on where the mistake is vs the instruction not followed that confirms the error.

Recent Offers vs Referrals

Detail your recent offers to the client when making the referral to ensure the Sales Rep is ready with that information should that come up in the referral call.
