Bitrix: "If Bitrix Issue which PM" Notifications
These notifications are currently down since we are migrating our automations from Zapier to n8n.
Please ensure you check your Taggings in Bitrix and they are addressed before 4 for EST/CST/MST Regions. 6 for PST regions.
Transferred Deals from Martin
We had to move certain clients of his to their original region owners.
1. Please check your focus sheets for Deals in
BLUE.
2. Identify if they are Sleeping or Active Clients & mark the sheet.
If Active:
- Non-Urgent Recent Activity: Send an Introduction Email that you are now the Project Manager assigned to their site.
- Urgent Recent Activity: Call the client to introduce yourself and discuss what they need.
