PMs must push back if the rates the client is requesting is not possible. For example, $50 will get an automatic rejection from Accounting since this is below our cheapest rate.

1. If it's about Rate Increase, remember that PMs have to negotiate via the Steps in this guide.
   
   
2. Our Cheapest Hosting Rate is $94. We will not entertain requests to reduce below 94 unless its a Church or a Non-Profit Charity
   
   
3. Understand the breakdown of the Monthly Fee & see if there's room to reduce the hosting part of it.
   
   Example: A hosting of $138 which breakdown to $94 Hosting + $44 TransUnion will technically be at their lowest rate already so asking a reduction from $138 will get an automatic rejected as well. You can offer to remove Addons after explaining to the client the consequences of it's removal but this should be our last resort just to save the client from cancelling.
   
   Addons that could add up are TransUnion, GBP, AMPify, TSEO & an Ecommerce Store. 
   
   

Remember, only entertain a request for rate reduction if there is room in the hosting fee for reduction. Otherwise, the PMs need to decline this & explain to the client that they are already on our cheapest hosting. This skips the run around & bouncing back and forth with Accounting for a request that shouldn't have been entertained in the first place.

3. Document in Accounting Notes that Addon is removed to to request Monthly Fee reduction.

Remember, advising Accounting to reduce rates for Addon removal while the Addon is not removed, or not documented as already removed, will just bounce the Bitrix Tagging back to the PM.
