Chargeback
What: This is a dispute in charges initiated by the client with their financial institution.
How: The financial institution will investigate and decide on a verdict.
- Verdict against the billing company: This means that the financial institution believed the claim of the complainant and has forcibly taken the charges from the billing company & refunding it to the client. This also takes $25 processing charge from us.
- Verdict against the complainant: This means that the billing company was able to justify that the charges are for a service provided & the charge are legitimate. Resulting to no chargeback against the company.
When a chargeback occurs for us, all edits are put on hold and the PM will be the first person to speak to the client to address any possible issues as these usually happens due to service issues & to fix them.
Our Objective is for the client to retract the Chargeback by contacting their banking institution and obtaining a "Retraction Letter" to send to us, so we can send to Accounting.
The client refusing to retract the chargeback will result to the cancellation of their service and assets will not be provided.
Bitrix Tagging in Calendar
These will no longer automatically appear in your calendar due to a complication in Bitrix that causes deals to move from 1 PM to another.
Moving forward, all PMs must check in Bitrix for any new taggings on them via filetered search as below.
