WordPress Edit Tickets

  1. Audit the Site before Creating the ticket
     ..... to include all potential issues that needs corrections in the ticket. 

  2. Audit the Site after Ticket is Closes
     .... for potential errors left by the editor. From broken links, to incomplete pages. These are common with Wordpress Editors.


Remember, that if these mistakes are not caught, the only one left to catch these errors are the client and they only have you to complain to.

To create a reminder for your self on when to Follow up on the pending stuff you have for your clients, you can enter the date of when you want to follow up in the Follow Up / Next Step Column.

Present or Past Dates will Highlight Red
Future Dates will remain Unhighlighted


This will make it easy for you to continue checking up on your clients Pending Items in your Focus Sheets.
