• Assign to Scott & DM Scott the Ticket link

To be assigned to GBP Editors Edwin & Jaezel, or Andre

• Create the ticket, assign to Andre
• Ask Andre who will handle the ticket.
• Get a commiment on ticket completion from the editor, enter that as the ticket dealine.
• When promising a completion date to the client, give extra days for potential delays or be vague on what you promise.
• Rehauls must be completed no more than 5 business days. The sooner the better.
