Making Referrals

Confirm what you're Referring
Check in Accounting Notes first if what you're upselling is not currently or previously availed. If you blindly upsell products, you will set up the Sales Rep for a bad call. Remember to position yourself in the Sales Reps shoes and that we need a solid approach when selling something.

Referring for an Addon previously availed.
Do not proactively upsell formerly avail addons. There is a reason why the client cancelled this.

IF, the client is the one who showed interest on this, then we accommodate it.



Remember, to do due diligence so our Sales Partners are not calling your referrals to fail.

Sold TU, AMPify & TSEO

PMs must notify Ralf. PMs will also need to get in touch with the client to confirm any added Keywords & Locations to Geo-Target.
