We need to be careful when giving instructions on replicating sites.

Replicating the Client's Legacy
This is fine as the client owns the legacy site.

Replicating some other's Website

We cannot "Replicate" websites that belongs to someone else without having Copyright Infringement issues. While we can use other sites as a reference, we cannot produce obvious similarities. Otherwise, both our client & us, can get sued.

1. Go to your Email's FIltering Settings.

Do not be caught off-guard when the client asks about your Location, Caller ID or Timezone. Always have these available for you to refer to at anytime so you can answer right away and avoid suspicions.

Though as sometimes happens, someone will forget and the notification will reveal the IP location of the person logging in.

Here's an excuse you can use:

"As an added layer of Security, we use VPN whenever we log into your accounts. The VPN would change our IP location to any other area around the world, such as another state, or even another country."
