After 2 Call Attempts for your Onboarding Call where the client doesn't pick up ... Zip Both Calls and Upload them to Bitrix

For Launch Calls, do the same in uploading them to Bitrix., but in the Focus Sheet, delete the checkbox and copy the Call Attempt Notes you left in Bitrix.
LC Time Period
Initiate Launch Calls within 7 days from the Deliver Date. Not doing so will cause a potential cancellation which will be blamed on the PMs service.
