When the sale doesn't get paid after 30 days from being sold, the sale will be cancelled & the numbers reversed. PMs will need to resale should they want to chase this sale with the cleint.

If the client agreed to the Sale as "when the site is launched", the charges will proceed the moment the site has been launched.
