Edit Ticket Completions
Completion Message
Editors are now required to message the PMs when a ticket has been solved. This allows you as the PM to audit / inform your clients right away, for a faster turnaround time for your clients.
Solving Tickets before the edit work is done
If a ticket is solved, check if the work has been done. If it isn't, notify Scott.
Paid Addon Setups

TransUnion & SEO Turbos will now have a check box in our
Reviews Sheet as a way to determine if the setup for these had already been done or not.
You as the PM are required to ensure that the setup for these are complete. Once done, click the checkboxes here.

Promised Domains
We are seeing a trend where Sales promises a specific domain to a client, which later on turns out to be
not
available.
1. Check whois.com to check if a promised domain is available.
2. If not available, check the live site of the domain to see if its an actual site or a domain for sale.
3. Identify similar available domains to offer to the client.
4. Notify Scott.
Asking Assistance vs Independence
We encourage PMs to be independent as much as possible. But as regions tend to have slow and peak seasons, you must seek assistance if you can no longer cope with the region. We have 2 options for this.
1. Temporary Floater Assistance
This addresses seasonal rushes, while keeping the region intact.
2. Reduction of Clients / Splitting of Regions
This is a more permanent solution for regions that have grown too big for 1 PM. However, this means removal of area codes from you which means lesser client count = lesser opportunities for pull numbers.
